LS Drama Workshops
Founded in 2017, LS Drama Workshops is a dedicated performing arts school based in Plymouth, delivering drama and musical theatre group and 1-1 sessions to children and teens aged 4-18.
​
Sessions are taught by our highly skilled staff who have all graduated (BA Hons) from reputable drama schools themselves. They hold a wealth of performing and teaching experience and are experts when it comes to inspiring and helping young people achieve their full potential.

Our sessions are energetic, fun, varied and inclusive of all. Not only will your child develop their performance and vocal skills through effective drama techniques taught by our professionals, but they will also enhance and nurture crucial life skills such as confidence, creativity, empathy, teamwork and communication. Watch them blossom into well-rounded individuals, ready to embrace life and its opportunities.

- Principal / Lead Teacher: LAURA
Laura gained a BA (Hons) degree in 2014 from a prestigious Drama School in Liverpool. Soon after graduating Laura completed teacher training with London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Her love for teaching and inspiring children prompted her to set up her own Drama School in Plymouth. Laura's performance experience has given her the capacity to teach the core competencies required to perform on stage in front of an audience. She has performed on stages such as The London Palladium, The Theatre Royal Liverpool Playhouse Theatre and The Barbican Theatre. In 2015 Laura completed an 'Acting for TV and Film' qualification with the National Youth Theatre in London. Laura's main objective is to encourage her students to embrace their individuality and build the confidence to work outside of their comfort zones.

- Dance and Drama Teacher / Assistant Facilitator: HOLLY -
Holly trained at Italia Conti in London completing a total of 28 exams in 3 years and performing in numerous showcases. She has also had the pleasure of performing at prestigious events such as The Royal Windsor Show in front of the Royal Family. Since graduating Holly has spent 6 years teaching dance and preparing students for their accredited exams. Holly has an eye for detail, and ensures every child she teaches reaches their true potential through ongoing support and guidance.

- Vocal Coach / Singing Teacher: LILLY -
Lilly has been a Vocal Coach for over 15 years working with large theatre groups and professional singers to improve pitch, tone, range and song delivery. Lilly is also a professional singer herself and has released many of her own songs, one of which has been played recently on the 'BBC introducing' radio station. Lilly is highly experienced with helping clients develop personalised warm-up routines, use exercises to improve range, breathing, articulation, harmonies in group songs and projection ability.
